#8634: Settings - Survey/Audits - View/Submit Menu Permission

Settings > Menu > Surveys/Audits > Take Survey > Survey List

When a user accesses a public Survey, when an authenticated session of ionMy is open, the system can now validate this against the users permissions.  The user group assignment for the user, where menu permissions are set, can control the view/submit action. 

Note - If the menu for Surveys/Audits have been relabeled for your Organisation, the label within the Settings will reflect this also.

Where the users security group does not have the view/submit permissions enabled, the following will occur;

Disabled View Permission: 
No survey will be shown in the survey list and the information message shown to the user will be; "You do not have permission to view records here".

Disabled Submit Permission: 
The user is able to click the survey to view the questions, however they will not be presented with a submit button to process the survey.
The information message shown to the user will be; "You do not have permission to submit records here".
